IAB’s main campus is located at Sri Layang within the Genting Highlands resort area and is about 55 kilometres North-East of Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Capital of Malaysia. The 1000 meters above sea level (approximately 48.6 hectres) campus is sorrounded by enchanting landscape of hills, valleys and lush tropical rainforests on the mountains which ensuring the natural and serene environment. With pleasant climate and daily temperatures between 13-23 Celsius, IAB is a perfect institution for learning.
Adjacent to the campus is Awana Golf and Country Resort as well as the Genting Skyway Cable Car Station.

IAB is a leading educational management and leadership training institute which currently under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOEM).
Welcome to Institut Aminuddin Baki's Portal.
One of IAB’s main functions is to train educational leaders in educational management and leadership. Besides research and publication, IAB also conducts assessment programs for educational leaders for their future promotions. Through its strategic team, IAB is occasionally invited by MOEM to contribute views and opinions about educational issues and future challenges.

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Leadership Course for Educational Leaders (KKPP) is a core training program which focusses on headteachers, school principals and other educational leaders (local and international participants). National Professional Qualification for Educational Leaders (NPQEL) training program is solely for Malaysian aspiring educational leaders.
Continous Professional Development (CPD) and other short training programs are available throughout the year. All training programs are focussing on enhancing and internalizing the positive attitudes, acquiring the most recent skills and professional knowledge for excellent and sucessful organization.
International Training Programs (ITP) are readily available. All programs are designed and developed according to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements.
