CLIENT CHARTER

 

IAB is committed to provide satisfactory services to our customers, suppliers and ‘stakeholders’ based on the Clients Charter as follows:

 

Course Participants

  1. Ensure that all participants are provided with friendly and equitable services during registration.
  2. Ensure that all participations are provided with adequate assistance during registration.
  3. Ensure that training materials are provided to the course participants during registration.
  4. Ensure that participants are informed of any amendments made to the course schedule 24 hours prior to the commencement of course.
  5. Ensure that the course schedule is fully observed.
  6. Ensure that certificates are issued to the participations within three weeks of the completion of the course.
  7. Ensure that the welfare of all participants is attended to during their stay in IAB.
  8. Ensure that any complaints from participants are attended to:
  • Within 2 hours following verbal complaints to the person-in-charge
  • Within 2 days following the submission of the complaints forms.

 

Staff

  1. Ensure that the welfare of staff IAB is adequately addressed.
  2. Ensure that all the administrative staff of IAB is provided that opportunity to enhance their competencies through systematic training programmes prior to the designations of a new task.
  3. Ensure that all academic staff of IAB are provided the opportunity to enhance their competencies through systematic training programmes at least once a year.
  4. Ensure that all views and constructive comments from the staff are addressed and given due consideration.
  5. Ensure that equipment and machinery are adequately provided to all staff according to the needs and scope of individual tasks.
  6. Ensure that all necessities pertaining to the course are provided within a week from the date of request.
  7. Ensure that all the details in the service record book of IAN staff are updated.

 

Supplier

  1. Ensure that all information pertaining to the supply of services/good is channeled effectively.
  2. Ensure that all transactions regarding provision of supplies and tender selections are transparent and conducted according to the rules and regulations.
  3. Ensure that all payment process for the supply of services and goods are settled within 30 days after the relevant documents have been submitted.

Stakeholders

  1. Ensure that all applications/ directives from all ‘stakeholders’ are responded to / acted upon within 3 days.
  2. Ensure that at any particular time, at least one academic staff member is available to assist in providing consultancy services to any stakeholder.
  3. Ensure that at any particular time, at least one academic staff/ support staff member will represent IAB at a function / meeting held by any stakeholder.
